The North Dakota prairie became even more beautiful in 1899 with the construction of the twin towers church on the prairie.

Pete Silbernagel, Bismarck, ND, returns to our FUN CHAT to give us a brief history of Assumption Abbey along with his 1950s' prep school days at this beautiful church near Richardton. Pete not only highlights the excellent education provided to him in the 1950s but also gives us an inside story about everyday life for the young men who lived and studied there. He lets us in on some of the shenanigans that occurred there, too. After all, "boys will be boys."

Is there a wine cellar at the Abbey? Watch to learn more.
