In 1952, with humble hearts, a childless farm couple from Mapleton, ND, sought to provide a loving home for boys' most immediate physical and spiritual needs. This initial endeavor grew into what, at that time, became the Dakota Boys Ranch.

Anne Compere, development officer for today's Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch, joins Jackie and Janine, speaking of the hourglass of time and the changing needs of youth the organization serves at its three ND campuses--Minot, Bismarck, and Fargo.

The Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch's ND honey sales are the jewel in the crown of their fundraising program, reaching far beyond the borders of the USA. Have you tasted that sweet amber liquid?
