Guest Bill Thomas, June 12, 2023 (#92)

Bill Thomas, Director of Prairie Public, a PBS and NPR member station in Fargo, ND, "bleeds" radio. Truly, he literally has and, figuratively, still does!

Growing up in the town of Alton, IL, near the confluence of the Mississippi, Illinois, and Missouri Rivers in the 1950s, Bill openly chats with North Dakota's The Pfeiffer Sisters about his free-range "Huck Finn/Tom Sawyer" life. Check out his personal memories of Woolworth's, school integration in Alton in the 1950s, as well as his cherished discovery of the magic of radio.

You might have heard Bill as an interviewer on Prairie Public. Now, you will experience the story behind this man.
